Convenient with easy access.

Overall it was a good fit for my storage needs. Easy to load storage area and clean. Less than a few miles away and accessible until 8pm.

Super convenient, fast and friendly!

Stor-N-Lock fit the bill for our needs -- short-term storage while we put our house on the market. "Move-in" was very easy, and the two gentlemen in the office were very helpful. Place is clean and feel secure.

On my initial visit the lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful, she them refused to rent to me while I had professional movers waiting at the gate. I requested to speak with the owner/ manager and was told I could not have any information on that individual. I then saw the business card with the name of the manager, Brian and stated I would contact to complain she became irritated and stood up shouting and pointing at me in a threatening manner, she called Brian who spoke with me apologized for the poor customer service and stated he would come to personally take care of my rental. Brian returned to the office was very pleasant and took care of everything, I had used this faculty before and had received great service which is why I returned. Hopefully Brian will take care of this individual so he doesn't lose any loyal customers or future references for business.
