Always a pleasant experience with this staff

I rent three units here at the Morgans Point location, and I have always had a great experience with the team. Teresa and others have all been available, energetic and capable of helping me with whatever needs attention. They have also been eager to use whatever resources needed to help me. Recently, I have had a couple of interactions with Chrissy, who has recently joined the team here. Simply put, you all made a GREAT decision bringing her on, and I THANK you for keeping with your high standards. My experience tells me she GETS IT when it comes to ensuring the customer experience is a positive one .... YAY!

Half the cost of the competition!

Since the minute I first arrived at American Storage, I have received first-class care from Debbie as well as Herbie. The size unit I needed wasn't immediately available but, while I was out-of-town, I got a call from Debbie alerting me that what I needed had become available - the monthly price was literally HALF the cost of a comparable unit nearby PLUS the first month was FREE if I secured the unit online! The owners live on-site so the quick assistance and added safety are awesome. I think you'll be very, very pleased here.
