My name is Aurene.......I have to say from the time I arrived at PS in Montebello, the property manger was very helpful. She even encouraged me to get a smaller size unit but my husband refused. She was very polite, courteous, friendly and relaxed. She showed me 2 units while I was carrying my child. She waited patiently while we got on the elevator, that was very nice of her. Towards the end she gave me pointers of what not to do and how my journey here at Public Storage would be.
