I do need a light in the unit. I started to move in. Im not done yet.

Need someone 24/6 to help with assistance and access to the building/unit.
This is my first time using this facility. Good, clean spaces. My only complaint is that when I go to take something there, no one is ever in the office to let me into the building where my unit is. The phone has voicemail that is full, so can't leave message. The "pager" never works. Have to find someone in the machine shop to let me in. Waited over 20 minutes one day. Very frustrating. Plus, I work til 4:30, so Saturday is the only day I can go. They just need to get someone to work in the office all day, to let you in and assist with anything. Also could not find light switches for 2nd floor and it is almost pitch black, even in the daytime!

Great owner and really good price
The owner of this facility is wonderful and really willing to answer any questions you have. The facility is alright as far as cleanliness, could use some updating and seems a little old. However, the price is really cheap and they are indoor units with climate control, so itâs up to you what you prefer

Affordable, secure, friendly service, easy move-in
Super affordable for an indoor, climate controlled storage unit. It was the best price I found amongst a handful I looked into. The woman who helped me was very friendly and took the time to show me a few options to make sure I was getting the size I needed. I moved in on the rainiest day--there were flood warnings everywhere--and there wasn't a drop of water inside the building. The access hours aren't convenient if you work 8-5 M-F, BUT that's a fine trade-off for the price, the location, and the security. Saturday hours are just fine. Would highly recommend.

I like the price, place and the staff.
I would recommend the use of cameras at all entrance doors and electronic door locks so the staff doesn't have to get up and let customers in.
