Customer service is AWESOME!
I reserved a unit on-line easily. When I went in to sign the paperwork everything was ready for me. The service was excellent, paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. The unit was clean. They have everything you need including insurance and locks or you can provide your own of both.

Not 24/7
Only negative I have is not having 24/7 access to the unit, the likelihood I would ever need to get anything after 22:00 is slim to none but with keypad access, not sure why access hours are in place.

Accessible, and clean facility
My girlfriend made a reservation at a competitors and I happened to show up to the wrong place. They accommodated me and at a better rate. I am very pleased with my mistake.

We called to make sure we had the right location, but they didn't have any holdings or reservations. Luckily, they still had the unit we wanted. Apparently this website doesn't actually communicate well with the actually facilities.

I reserved a unit online and the next morning received a call from them verifying and making sure I knew what hours they were available to fill out papers. Very nice couple took care of us well from start to finish and I am very happy with the unit and location.
