I won’t go to another storage facility after I discovered stortropolis. The facility is in pristine condition, clean, has bathroom on site and very affordable climate controlled units. The elevators are excellent, they have large carts, and are perfect for big moves. They also have a referral program which is awesome because I know I will be referring it to my friends family and even acquaintances. I know it’s hard right now with the economy declining and I know some people need the help, meanwhile other companies are taking advantage and auctioning off peoples belongings while they could be switching to stortropolis.

Storage unit

Place is huge lots of spaces for rent facility is clean and well lit. Easy access into the facility, they provide carts to help move your items. They also have bathrooms available on all floors that are clean. Overall decent storage facility.

Quick and easy

The sweet lady at the desk was just wonderful. Showed us everything we needed to see and know. Very friendly and outgoing. Also I reserved online and it was pretty simple. The only reason i didn't give it a 5 is because they charge a one time $20 admin fee also u have to have insurance coverage either thru them or your own insurance on your stuff. They charge $11 extra a month for that. The 5x5 is 39.99 and then the insurance brings it to over $50 something dollars. I think that's a tad pricey for a 5x5. My opinion.
