Great Value EXCEPTIONAL Service
I have rented storage numerous before and it's never been as flawless as this. Showed up 10 minutes before my movers pulled in. I was still getting the paperwork and things done when they arrived. Tamell was accommodating for me and gave me the unit number so the movers could get started unloading. He was very pleasant and friendly and made the experience easy on such a stressful day. The storage facility was clean and well kept. Couldn't have asked for such a seamless and positive experience. Thank You Tamell!!!

The price is right
The price is right, keep in mind your giving up some luxuries(lighting, accessibility, air conditioning) but the place is clean, cheap and it is what it is- what you see is what you get.

The manager, Darla, was great.
The check-in process was smooth. I like that Darla specifically put us on a wide row to accommodate our frequent access. The location is easy to find, just off highway 7, on Louisiana Avenue.

U-Save Park Self Storage Review:
This was a clean facility. The promotional price and baseball tickets were a HUGE plus. I wish there was more lighting in the storage building hallways or in any lighting in the unit itself, but for the price it is manageable. The front office was always helpful and pleasant.

It's decent, not anything spectacular, gets the job done.
It's a decent place, gps will take you around the corner. The girl was nice enough, and the space was what I needed. Only problems I had with the company was the gate at the front took forever to open (the girl was new so maybe that was the reason) and a few days after I moved my stuff in they sent me an email telling me my rent had increased if I want to keep it longer than the 2 months I paid for upfront. Which I had already explained I wouldn't need it longer than 2 months... But it's cheap, I got a 5x7 for $110.

My experience was fine, person checking us in was very nice. I do not like the fact that there are no lights in the storage unit or even an outlet to plug a lamp into. I will have to see how things go as to if the unit will work or not for our needs.

Super easy move in with very friendly/helpful staff
After being on the road for 23 hours, it was great to have such an easy move in process! I had reserved the unit but showed up early and they had no problem getting me right into the unit! Their elevator was a bit slow but worked and was very helpful. The staff was friendly. The unit was pretty clean for a storage unit. Overall, the facility is great for the price. I also felt more confident in the facility because it does have controlled access.

I was charged an Admin, fee of $36 that was never disclosed prior to paying for the unit. I don't believe other storage facilities charge this type of fee, esp, without earlier diclosure, & a description of what this fee involves.

Affordable, decent storage
Cheaper than other facilities that I looked at around Minneapolis. Good customer service. My only real complaint would be that there are no flat bed carts or two-wheelers, just one shopping cart, which is inconvenient when there is another person trying to move stuff at the same time.

Upon arrival with a hired moving company that was paid hourly the attendant was on lunch break and waited an hour for him to return to do the paperwork and then allowed my moving company to begin unloading. As a consequence I was charged an extra moving expense! I had to return the following Monday with my home insurance policy to hopefully get a $9 refund only next bill. I feel that my bad experience is attributed to a girl named Casey as when along the reservation she did not inform me of the "lunch break" period of time when the facility was unattended and also the need to bring my homeowners insurance policy along. I also had to purchase a padlock at the storage unit because I was unaware of that . Hopefully my belongings are safe at such a poorly operated business.
