Very Satisfied with quality of service and cleanliness of building
I made reservations a few days prior and instantly received a call confirming that I initiated inquiry. I also received a reminder of my appointment. Upon arrival, I observed a clean office area with a professional staff who explained in detail the things I needed to know. He also assisted in setting up my phone for ease in access. He escorted me to the storage room and showed me the space and asked if that was to my liking. We finalized all necessary paperwork and I left feeling pleased. Great customer service always expresses me. I received it and appreciated it. Thank you

24 HOUR ACCESS
… I need a unit that can provide “24 HOUR ACCESS”, I may have something that I need right away, I don’t do well with restrictions; however, not everyone gets that privilege, it’s up to the discrepancy of the establishment; and so, I was fortunate enough to have been granted that privilege, thank GOD!

Easy & Ready to Move-In
The process was so simple. It was my first time ever booking a storage abs I did it online. I received a text the same day advising I was ready to move in. I picked up my key and fob and the front desk manager even showed me around and answers all of my questions.
