If we would have had known about a storage facility like this years ago,
Everything was great from the booking experience to the phone call afterwards… my wife and I meeting Becky at the facility with a quick tour, the security cameras…the cleanliness of the storage unit , the ease of the roll up door and everything gave my wife and I a peace of mind and a comfort that we would recommend this place to anyone and hope that we never have to find another facility again except this one.

Great service, great storage.
We were in need of a storage unit in a hurry. We booked through sparefoot which was an easy site to navigate. Their price was the best that I found. At North Milpitas Self Storage the representatives were knowledgeable and very nice. A very smooth and positive experience. Highly recommended.

Best Storage you'll find
Simply the best storage place you'll find from customer service to the storage itself. Friendly customer service (Sophia) who was the one who assisted me in finding the right storage for me. Very clean storage, it's so brand new to me. Very safe to store your stuffs or valuable things. Thank you for your kind service and for building a new storage place here in Milpitas.

Kudos for the front desk staff
When I got there, the storage place, it was closed, had to wait for 1.5 hours, staff was at lunch. Young lady saw me and opened the door to serve me. Very appreciative, checked me in, saved the day.
