At first the place was great but then they let it go
At first it was great then it just got dirtier and dirtier. I have left emails but nothing has been done. There is animal waste on the floor.

Great service, difficult payment system
Love the people, the facility, and all except how payments work. There was supposed to be an app I could use, but it doesn't have Pro-Storage in the list, so I am not sure why I was told to use it. Maybe it has the options, but I would love to have an auto-payment feature. I work a lot and forget to check my email, so I end up late most months even though I could have paid on time. I know that is more my fault, but why wouldn't you have an auto-payment system?

Midvale storage is an amazing place to store, the managers are super friendly and knowledgeable about there work. I Was looking for storage while I moved houses, and I told them what I was storing and they found me the right fit for a great price.

Best facility in the area!
I have lived in the area for about four years and have been through to other facilities. I need safe and secure storage for my business goods and I need peace of mind knowing that nothing will happen to them. Pro storage is exactly what I needed with their security system an abundance of cameras. I feel confident in leaving my business cards here!

Could not recommend this facility more!
The staff, the location, the units, and everything else are 10 out of 10! I never have high expectations going into a storage facility just from past experience but Pro Storage Layton blew all expectations out of the water. They were professional and communicated everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I would even send my mother-in-law to them!

Friendly staff, easy access, best prices
I have been very impressed with Pro Storage though I want to reiterate that I have had no dealings with the new management of the facility so this review is based entirely on my experience previous to new ownership. Fabulously friendly staff, the space is always clean and well maintained. The main reason I chose this facility was that it was much less expensive than other storage units in the valley. I had to move out of my house that I had lived in for 20 years and downsize almost everything so the staff at Pro Storage made easy what was part of a very difficult transition and I will always be grateful for that.

Price hike two times in one year unacceptable.
I've been here less than a year and never missed a payment. I'm on auto pay and been a very good tenant (the only payment missed was because of your changing of systems and that wasn't my fault). I've had two price hikes on my unit in this time. If this happens again I will be moving down the street to the competitor on 7800s.

Very Smoothly Run
We have no complaints really. If I could suggest anything it would be to secure the property from foot traffic. There is a gate but it only blocks automobiles, anyone can walk into the loading area. Also, the curb pulling into the business is rather high, not sure the reasoning for that bumpy entry.

Sybil was so helpful. I was shown different options to make sure that I would be renting the right size. The prices here are a lot better than other storage facilities near by. The property was clean. They had a lot of merchandise to choose from. That helped me from having to run around. Sybil was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and made the move in process easy. I feel safe storing my stuff at Pro Storage thanks to their wonderful staff!
