Having to store all of my belongings in between closing on the sale of my house, and before the closing on my new house presented a problem. Sentinel Storage was close by and I was allowed to start my month on any day. I needed to store my things beginning on the 18th of July and I could get into my new house yesterday.Also, when I realized I needed another storage unit, the staff found another one as close as possible to the one that I had already rented.

Not only did the drive up storage unit allow for me to unload my car efficiently, the front and back entrances were idea to gain access conveniently. It's a clean storage facility with video monitoring. I'd love to say that pricing was higher then others but it really wasn't it was fair pricing. Everyone I have dealt with at this location in Middletown has been great to work with. When I was calling around some storage facilities got excluded by simply how they spoke on the phone.

We are currently having a home built in Middletown & this storage unit is about 10 minutes from away. We choose a 10 by 15 with insurance cost $185 month. I have used lots of storage companies over the years, and you come to expect poor service and trashy/dirty facilities as the norm. Sentinel however is not that at all. From the first moment I walked into the office it was clear that this company takes their business seriously. The office is clean and the customer service was amazing, very clear on what you are paying for and why, plus really great pricing. The grounds of the storage facility were super clean, and the unit itself was spotless. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I hate doing reviews or surveys, but with the experience I had I felt they’ve earned it.
