For the price

It's affordable, easy access. Only issue is needing someone who actually is on site for any questions you might have, and no one is on site

Friendly staff

The staff is super nice when you need something, but the units could be a little cleaner and getting started initially only works on the spot....I reserved a lot the night before and they couldn't find my reservation so I had to start from scratch, which was fine, I just had to reenter all of my info all over again

Excellent experience

Good communications, friendly service. They worked hard to accommodate my timing and space needs. It's a newer facility with nice, well-kept, clean units. There was a small admin fee, but you also got a high quality lock for free. Good location near the highway, easy access. Recommended.

We had to get "correct" change because they don't give change back. Which makes no sense. It was hard to get our vehicle pulling a uhaul trailer back through everything to even get to our storage unit.

Do not like just having a kiosk

Don't like just having a kiosk and no one in the office. The person on the line was very friendly and helpful. I had reserved online and had to do it over again at the kiosk. The unit was dirty

Decent pricing and ability to access at any time

I am very pleased with this company. I was able to de-clutter my home on a budget! The size of the unit was perfect for what we needed. I would recommend this company to all of my friends. The ability to access it at any time of the day or night makes it convenient for us.

website & email indicated in-person assistance at time of move in but office was closed. telephone/kiosk assistance completed the move in, albeit with some difficulties in underatanding the process. electronic entry to the physical facility differed from the printout instructions, but the difference was indicated on the keypad at the gate.
