Excellent Service.
Service was great all around. All though I looked up the storage location on the internet, I stopped by earlier in the week prior to renting because I was not sure if I would need it or not but wanted to have the option by obtaining information as well as seeing if the location was feasible etc.. . Orlando was very helpful and provided me with reassurance of availability , difference storage spaces as well as provided details of the office and storage entry hours which extremely helped when we were scheduling our travel time for the move. I received a call back for confirmation and the rep that assisted me was also very helpful as well. We moved, and arrived at the site where we were once again greeted by Orlando whom walked us thru whom made us feel comfortable and reassured we had made the right choice.

Best costumer service and prices
This is my first time renting a storage and the experience was awesome. These guys are super helpful, specially Orlando, who knows what you really need and tries to find the best solution for you. Everything you ask him, he answers back in the nicest way. All the process was done in less than 10 minutes.
I really recommend this site for anyone. It's very accessible, super clean, and its prices are the best.

Good People, Complicated Pricing
There are only 4 carts for the entire facility, so make sure you get there during non-busy hours, or bring your own dolly. The employees were very helpful, one checked the videos to find one for us, and the other employee went and got one for us.
Be prepared to pay a lot more than what you agreed to. I reserved a unit for $119, two days later they ignored my reservation and it was increased to $129.99. Once you agree to that, they tack on 7% tax (which is expected) and $14 per month for insurance (unexpected), which you cannot opt out of.

Helpful service and clean
Reserved my unit online and then heard from the company right away to secure my unit. Another company required me to secure a unit in person but I do not live in the area- sparefoot was able to do every thing over the phone.
Facility is close to FIU.
Rey was very professional. Showed us our unit, explained how to access our unit, and was very thorough with the contract.

Cons: Only one way in and out (Understand for security), Need to fix the back gate to leave with larger truck, Larger trucks its very tough to turn back around and get out

I had to go through the process 3 times before I could book my storage. There seems to be an issue when you book on-line and whats available at the location. The Manager eventually handled. Not a big fan of rates going up after 6 months???

Great Inexpensive place!
I needed a storage place to hold my dorm stuff over the summer that wasn't going to cost $100. I found StorageMart on this site and I'm so glad I did. It was less expensive for the unit than advertised on this site (the 4x4 is actually $20 a month not 40). The store attendant had me look at the unit before I purchased it (he insisted this on his own) and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use StorageMart again and recommend it to everyone. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I want to get my things back to ensure it deserves such a high rating, but I don't think I will be disappointed in August.
