Mildew destroyed everything in my unit

Everything in my unit was destroyed with mildew… My bed , furniture, clothes, paperwork and everything.

Overall summary of my experience

I used their service, manager Thomas was very helpful and friendly. Nice facility, secured. I arrived on Saturday at 4:30 they were about to be closed, yet they set me up and helped me with the lock and etc. Thank you, guys.

I arrived at 4:30, but T, the store manager was very nice, professionally explained me everything about the terms and conditions. Very nice guy, gave me the passcode for the gates and was very helpful.

Es bueno, realmente no tengo queja alguna pero me gustaría es q esta compañía tuviera mejor expansión en cuanto a los lugares de guardado, porq los únicos storage con capacidad de guardar cosas grandes, están fuera del área de Miami, y solo disponen en doral, Kendall y lugares realmente un poco retirados para quienes vivimos en Miami - dade, pero de resto todo es súper excelente y recomendado, hasta ahora no tengo inconveniente y espero no tenerlos tampoco
