My husband and I were attended by a gentleman named Albert, who gave us outstanding service. He gave us a detailed description of the facility and the storage space and answered all of our questions with grace. We were having a bad day, and Albert's service helped change our mood for the better. Working with customer service myself I know what good service is, and Albert absolutely has it, and then some. Apart from that, the facility itself was very clean which was also very important for us. Although the hours are limited compared to other storage companies, knowing that we will be having this kind of service from the employees made this decision to rent with A+ a very easy one.

The entire facility is very well kept. The employees are very attentive to your needs and always available when needed at the facility. Access is secured. I'm in an air conditioned 10 x 10. Prices are reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Completely Dishonest

I researched and reserved this storage unit over a month in advance. I get to the location and they tell me there are hidden costs and fees that were NO WHERE mentioned on any of the site pages, reservation policies, emails, or even two phone calls I made prior to the move. Worse, when I got to the actual unit, it was supposed to be 5' x 5' and it was actually 3'11" x 4'3" NO WHERE near the advertised size. They showed me a second unit that was supposed to be 5' x 7' and it was 4'4" x 4'6". I was forced to buy a 10' x 10' unit at this point. It was 5pm, I drove from Michigan in a rental vehicle that needed to be returned and there was no way I could RE-research and reserve a new storage facility (in the heart of Miami, no lees), drive there and unload -- Not Possible. This was a form of theft on their part. Certainly this is a case of false, or fraudulent advertising. I will be filing in court when I get situated in Florida. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Customer service is lacking

The pricing and storage unit were good. This facility offered a lower monthly rate than other similar venues, and the unit was clean and seemed well-maintained. My check in experience, however, was very bad. I tried to call the facility three times between 10 AM and 12 PM the day of my check in appointment to confirm the time, price, etc., and I was unable to reach anyone. I also could not leave a voice mail because the mailbox was full. When I arrived to the facility, the check in process took nearly two hours even though I had already reserved the appropriate space online. The employee helping me was having a very difficult time working the computer, and he became visibly angry at the computer, cursing and slamming papers onto the desk while my friend and I stood there silent and uncomfortable. There were also other customers waiting to check in This may be only an issue with one
