Great value and Awesome employees

First of all let me start by saying this place has got tons of security love the fact that they have so many cameras makes me feel safe and Katie in the office is amazing I would have to say hands down. Definitely happy to see a facility so well maintained. And for a great price. Keep up the great work.

Definitely would recommend for household storage

Contacted them through a self storage locator app and was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Very prompt response to my inquiry and Katie was fantastic regarding paperwork. The only downside is some recent events ( crimes in the community) have given them a bad name. Overall their security is above average.

Katie is great!

I would totally rent from here again. I went more than a few days over my contract date and forgot to take my lock off and the last little bit of items out of storage and she was very nice about it. Did not charge me over , which she had every right to. Super awesome. Thanks again!

Bad Place to use for storage

Not a very good place to store anything, and not too mention very poor customer service from the staff and terrible management staff that will not return phone calls . I had my cadillac converter stolen from my motorhome, the staff/managers did not care that it had happened or want to review videos to see who stole it. With all of the cameras and not to mention needing a passcode to get in the gate you would think that there wouldn't be any issue's. I told them I was going to remove my property and would like a refund, to make things even crazier is they billed for the next month of storage even after I was no longer using their facility. As of right 5/19/22 I am still waiting on a refund. They didn't hesitate to bill me but they sure are taking their time looking into getting me my money!!
