Decent price, run down though. Kinda dirty. Still, for the price, and the need I was in to find a storage facility ASAP, it couldn’t be beat. Plus, i got the first 2 months 50% off. There is only one trash can on the property, that I saw, and it is outside the gate. I found this to be extremely inconvenient because you have to go through the gate every time you need to use it, so you have to put your code in to get in and out the gate. The dial pad to do this on seems like it was made for people driving uhauls only, as it was so high up there was no way I could reach it without getting out of my car every time. But other than those things it was perfect. Oh yeah no water spout except out front.

Everything Advertised is Non-existent!
This storage facility doesn't have WiFi, a Business Center, free moving trucks, free hand carts or dollies, surveillance cameras that actually work, or a gate that stays closed all night. They advertise the facilities are "well lit," and "secure." There are only 5 lights that require motion detection and only stay on for 3 minutes so everything is kept in a cloak of darkness. The lack of actual working cameras or an on-site security adds to te fact the front gate stays open most of the evening. The advertised 24 hour access is also nonexistent. Once a person finally gains the 24 hour access and actually utilizes it, a rude, unfriendly owner emerges & accuses his customers of sleeping in the storage unit or other criminal activities. The owner never introduces himself as he spies on his customers. The entire storage facility and inside the units are covered in layers of caked on dirt. The dumpster is kept locked as well. The rate listed on the web is not the monthly amount charged which is always more. Don't use the mailbox services they offer because USPS doesn't authenticate the extension making it impossible to update addresses onine with any agency. Everyone uses the electrical outlets and water but once the owner targets someone he'll discriminately singles them out and will claim the contract has been violated resulting in an eviction before rent is due. This storage facility has a long history of disgruntled customers which can be viewed under previous names such as Store More! & Freedom Storage. The current tenants shared similar feelings and experiences, all expressing dislike and dissatisfaction with the employees, the facilities, and most importantly, the owner. Be warned, don't buy into the alleged great prices offered online, the nightmare that follows is not worth the few dollars saved.

Great Service at a Great Price
I needed a storage shed close to my home. The online reservation was perfect. The front staff took care of all the paperwork. The unit was clean and access is excellent with easy hours and a locked gate. Security is a big plus with lots of cameras and high fences

Miss quoted price
I went online to search a storange garage 25 x 11.
It's was quoted $108.00 per month. Your place was farther away but the quoted price was in my budget. I reserved it 25 days in advance. When it cane time to move in I was told the storage garage would be $145.00 per monthjQuery111005466610333094981_1475262898242
That is the price of the storage garage just around the corner from me. To say the least I was upset at the switch. I want my garage cost as advertised! $108.00 not jerking,me around

Not clean.
I rented a large unit. It was not swept and not clean at all. Literally trash inside. The handle on the door is messed up so the U-Lock I purchased could not fit on properly so I had to buy another lock.

Great customer service. Ashley was very professional and answered all my questions courteously. The only negative aspect was that the unit that we rented had what appeared to be a rather large oil spill near the entrance that was not cleaned up. It was nice to be able to stand in the shade to access the unit. It sure beats having to be out in the scorching summer sun. I am very pleased so far.

The set up was a little lengthy compared to other places. Some of the paper work was redundant and usually stays online as opposed to having to fill out paper. Got lost trying to find the unit, it was not explained that they were inside and unseen, but I guess that makes for a little more security) overall I'm happy with my outcome and pricing.

My first time getting a storage unit was done with ease thanks to the woman working at Right space Storage on 01/29/2016. She answered every question I had, explained how things worked, and was very kind. The location was clean and seemed to have good security. I am extremely glad I chose this place to store my things. BEST FACILITY IN THE PHOENIX VALLEY AND BY FAR THE BEST AND MOST CARING STAFF
If you ever need a wonderful storage facility then search no further. The staff is superb beyond belief and really know what the words "CUSTOMER SERVICE" mean and how important they are. The facility has extremely wide isles and easy access to every unit on the property. The size range is great from small to huge (I've got 2 10 X 25' units) and they seemed to go out of there way to be sure they were next to each other. You can't believe how convenient that is when storing a lot of stuff. Security is really great as they have cameras covering almost every inch of the property and you have to have a code to get in and out of the facility. 24 hour access, great design of the isles to prevent flooding during or monsoon season, easy roll up doors and high ceilings to store the really tall things you may want to store.
There just aren't enough words to say how great the staff and facility really is. I'll never use another facility in the Phoenix Valley.

Girl at the front desk was very nice, quick, and explained everything well. The only problem I have is that when I made the reservation I was told I would only pay $26 a month. However, when I showed up I was told Im going to be paying $40. Other than that my experience has been good!

I was told one price over the phone, then went in to do the paperwork the price came out to be ten dollars more. Instead of making me pay the higher price the employee made some phone calls and confirmed the original price I was quoted. He redid the entire registration and was able to give me the original quoted price. That was something he had done on is own and I greatly appropriated it.

Amazing Service & Great Staff
Not only did the Courtney & Kandi stay late for me to move in but they also looked up and printed additional information for me that I needed since I was new to the area.. They didn't need to go out of there way to help me but they did.. Great Service at this site and both ladies always seem to be smiling and happy and are pretty funny too.. :) I am going to tell everyone about Freedom Storage... Plus they do pretty cool things with the community right in there parking lot... This is a Storage that out thinks the rest... THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say I am shocked I was showing this web site to a friend that is looking for a storage unit to rent and I came apon this this posting from Chery orchrd. I drive 25 miles to go to Freedom Storage because I know my house hold items will be takin care of. i have never experianced anything but helpfull, nice, and caring employees since I moved in March 2011. I will not go anywhere else even if I have to drive a little while to get there. Pretty sad how someone can write such terrable things about great employees. God Bless You Freedom Storage you have mad my life much easier.

I have been up for action 2 times and now that they do not go into the units at all with my past experince freedom storage they have help me to get my unit cought up so i did not loose my belongings. They truley care about us as people not only TENANTS or CUSTOMERS. So for someone to put such a negative responce is a JOKE...

Great Service and facility
A colleague of mine was searching for a storage facility and I recommended to him Freedom Storage on Main Street in Mesa. Noelle was very helpful in setting up and explaining how things work and where things are. I have never once had a bad experience there in regards to locks being cut in the wrong way nor have I known of any damage caused by them on any of the units that have been auctioned. The service by Noelle has always been top notch. I would recommend this facility again and again.

I am not very computer savvy, but wanted to make sure someone knows how my husband and I feel about service received since Noelle has been put in the Manager position at Freedom Storage in Mesa on Main Street.
We have a Travel Trailer and have stored it (when not using it) at Freedom Storage in Mesa on Main Street.
We have dealt with Freedom Storage in Mesa for several years. We have also dealt with several different incompetent managers. My husband and I believe we have received the best customer service since Noelle was put in the Manager position. She is always in a good mood and seems happy see us and is very friendly and professional when we come in to this location.
My husband was a professional person and engineer in sales for a semiconductor company for years when we lived in California. I was also in sales and was a customer service representative for years. We both feel customer service is one of the best qualities needed for a successful business.
We also feel it is important to show how much a person is appreciated and what a good job they are doing.
I’m not quite sure who sees these e-mails, but, if it is only Noelle, please forward it to whomever is your supervisor or the owner of the corporate business. My husband and I also believe when some is doing a good job their superiors need to be aware.

EITHER MESA POLICE OR THIEFS!!
THEY KEPT CUTTING OFF MY LOCKS AND ADDING CHARGES AS IF THEY WERE GETTING READY TO AUCTION IT OFF AS SOON AS I WAS A FEW DAYS LATE! WHEN I WANTED INTO MY UNIT THEY WERE UNABLE TO LET ME IN, AND I WOULD NEED TO GET A NEW LOCK . LOCKS ARE ONLY TO BE CUT OFF THE DAY OF AUCTION OR IN FRONT OF A COMPANY THAT RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS ACTUAL ACT. THEY CAN PUT THEIR LOCK ON IN ADDITION TO MINE BUT NOT INSTEAD OF MINE.THEY WENT INTO UNIT AND BROKE ITEMS.
