Clean and tidy storage

hours caught me off guard

they have a lunch break from 12:00am to 1:00pm everyday but since there seems to be only one employee. The office is closed during those hours so i had to wait half an hour before i could be served.

Bait and switch

Reserved unit and storage center would not honor the written agreement. Said price was wrong. Not my problem

Exceptional Customer Service

When I walked in to talk to someone about renting a storage unit, the employee was just about to leave for lunch. He was, however, more than willing to put it off to attend to me. He was very friendly, sociable, and even told me to look up a promo code for an extra discount. Great service!
