No one was there....
When I got there, no one was there to help me get a code to go in. I called customer twice and both times they told me the person. Who works there should call me. They never did. The facility opened at 930 and that is when I got there. A worker didn't get there until 1040. I understand that sometim3s workers are late to their shift but having to wait a whole hour with no one giving me any sort of communication if and when some one will get there was frustrating. When the worker got there though she was nothing but nice and friendly.

Fast and friendly service
where I'm from I have 2 10x10 units for $65 but I suppose for the area it's not too bad but other than that I'm very satisfied with the service I received at this location.

Great customer service
Customer service is very important to me and I observe how people treat me and how they respond to me. This determines if I will use their services and/or products. I must say the the staff was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! The prices are very reasonable and the facility is extremely nice!

very unprofessional move in experince
I reserved a 10x10 storage unit via the internet that was quoted at a $40.00 monthly fee. On May 2nd, I received a voice mail from the person on duty reminding me of my 10x10 unit for $40.00 monthly. Upon arriving at the facility, I was told that they don't have a 10x10 for $40.00. It would be $80.00. Upon reminding her of her message that she left me, and providing her with my confirmation number, she made some phone calls. Finally she said that this is a special with some kind of scheduled increases, that I didn't understand, nor did she. I accepted the rental only because it was getting late and I was tired from moving. upon arriving at my unit, it was not clean and there was still items in the unit. I reported this to the Manager on duty only to be asked to clean it out for her and place the items in the dumpster. REALLY? I placed the items outside the storage unit and then swept it out. It was not a pleasant experience. Skeptical about my time at this storage facility. Not really even sure of my monthly payments. I spent over an hour in the office securing this rental, even after I thought the rental fees had already been set on the web site.
