Everything was good when renting the space. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall was a good experience. My one complaint is that the lot is very dirty. I noticed several items laying in driving paths and I got a screw in my tire after coming inside. I had to have my tire repaired after I got home

Great customer service
The assistant manager was very helpful. He was managing two properties the day I signed up for the storage unit and two parking spaces. The only downside was the light was out in my unit but he said he could replace it the next time I came in and just let him know. I will be getting him to change the light this weekend when I finish moving my things.
