It is grand for the location, price in comparison and friendly management.
The people that own and manage it are nice, and the location is near my place. However the 8:30 pm closing time is not very convenient due to my schedule. The building is a little old but for the price I can't complain, but it sure would be helpful if I could access my rented area as needed. After all the facility is gated and password accessible only, and I would gladly pay more for unlimited access. Just a suggestion! :))

The customer service was excellent

Nice storage
The storage is very clean. The only downside is the gates lock at 8:30pm. The rooms are big.

Oh WOW, AWESOME SAUCE!
I needed someplace quick so that I could start moving out of my apt. With enough space for everything, it is great, I will be finished moving today, I had one month free, I reserved online and was called by the young lady to confirm, that i was moving in, just great.

Office staff was very nice. Definitely an older facility.
The office staff was very nice. We had to sweep out the space ourselves. The elevator creaks and is very old. There are cracks in the walkways. As we were leaving, the gate closed on our truck and scraped up the side of it. Thankfully we had insurance with U-Haul. Prices are good and it's close to where we live.

Safe! Secure! Convenient!
The place is clean, secure and convenient . There are free carts available to move things back and forth and the building is quite secure. Service provided was helpful and friendly. Their storage place is convenient geographically for Midtown and Downtown.

Space was dirty. Advertised as air conditioned but not.
