Quick and easy
I reserved a unit online and when I arrived to take possession, everything was ready. I even decided at the last minute to take a larger unit and the change did not add any time to my check in process. Staff was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Outstanding!

Outstanding Customer Service and Value for the my Money
Devon Self Storage is by far the best storage facility available in the city. The location, the price, the customer service are superior to the competition. I was running behind to meet the staff to at Devon to complete my paperwork and do a walk through, they were kind enough to wait for me and didn't make me feel rushed. The location is very convenient and the ease of accessing my belongings couldn't be easier. I can't say enough good things about Devon Self Storage.

This is climate controlled?
This may not be a great representation of Devon storages in general, but this location seems kind of run down. It wasn't terribly clean. But the biggest thing was that this is supposed to be a climate controlled facility, and I read somewhere that it can range from 50-80, however, they must keep it right at 80 here. In this case, it was actually a relief to get out into the 85 degree weather outside because at least then we were able to feel a breeze. We usually use Cubesmart and in each of their facilities it has been a pleasant 65-70 degrees, rain or shine. This facility was stiflingly hot. If we were going to store our things for longer than the week that we are, I would be looking for a different facility.

DSS is Highly Recommended...5stars
Devon Self Storage was easy to find online. There pricing is outstanding, so I reserved space online for Friday, Oct. 30, 2015. DSS came through for me like a charm. I was runnIng behind schedule in going to DSS before closing to pay & sign contract. The movers had truck loaded & ready to store furniture. I called DSS explained situation & asked if I may complete my transaction & payment via phone. Ms. Pat handled her business. I even purchased a lock for the movers. I said, "Ms. Pat I have another situation." She replied, how may I help you? Me: The movers won't make it before 6pm. Ms. Pat idea placed lock with keys in storage with door down. Ms. Pat was a life saver. I highly recommend DSS 5 stars....
