No issues worth noting. We were greeted and completed all the paperwork. They allowed us to visit the unit first to make sure it was sufficient for our needs. The only drawback the unit was on the second floor.

Great Experience
My experience renting one of the units here was great. The manager, Carmen, helped my girlfriend and I get into the unit very comfortably. Her customer service was great. I loved her energy to help us. Even on a horrible rainy day, she did all that she could to get us settled comfortably. And not to mention the first month for free. I loved that part. The price was right and the unit was big enough for what we needed it for. Carmen also informed us about the security surrounding all units. The contract was pretty decent. Nothing to complain about. Overall I had a good experience here. So far no problems.
