There customer service was excellent to answer any questions or needs. Specially there free truck for there clients to use.

This storage company on Hwy 20 in Marengo has been the most helpful, and have got us all set up from beginning to end. The girls in the office are AMAZING, do not hesitate if you need a unit this is the place to go.

Terrific experience
Renting storage space during the pandemic seemed risky, but Highway 20 Self Storage was all ready to safely assist! The facility is clean and looks new, I found a space that fit my needs, and I am impressed by their security-which gives peace of mind. All in all, my experience has been terrific!

Neat and clean.
I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member. It was very clean and easy to enter and exit from. The lady at the front desk was very polite and assist me with all the questions and concerns that I had. The Locking System was very easy to use and easy to understand.

Outstanding and friendly service
