The manager Gloria was very pleasant, customer service oriented and she got me through the paperwork very fast! The place is very clean with easy access to my storage unit and the pricing is what caught my eyes!

Service is the best!
Gloria and Keith are absolutely the best storage agents I have encountered. Moving many times in the nj area I have found no agents as friendly, professional and who really care about their customers. These two consistently give the highest customer service at all times no matter the time of year. They are the best of the best and treat the customer like family. I am very grateful to have met them and receive their excellent service for at least 5 years.

The property is well maintained and monitored by a very friendly and helpful managers. Move-in was very easy and my visits to the unit are stress free. I chose this unit for the excellent price for this area and have not regretted that decision.

GREAT Customer Service!
Gloria, Keith, and Frank were all GREAT in assisting me throughout the entire process! I had interactions with each of them during various times and each of them were patient with me and tended to my every question. The facility is always clean and I always see a staff presence whenever I go to my unit (which addresses my concern for safety of myself and my belongings). I would recommend Mini U Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit in this area.

Very happy with this facility and the employees there!
It was a difficult decision deciding where my belongings would go. Gloria def helped this decision I made feel like the right one.She has gone above and beyond her responsibilities. We have felt welcome and secure. Your company is very lucky to have an employee like this and should do everything you can to keep her ( and be lucky to find more dedicated employees like this). Will def recommend this location/facility.

They were super curtious and I got a free truck and a free month of rent.

Great customer service and facility is clean and secure
I first want to say the a Google search didn't present me to your website. I initially reserved another competitor because the search results brought me to them. I was not happy with their service and I decided to use another search engine. I used Yahoo and found many more choices closer to my home location. I think if you want more business you should get on the first two pages of Google.

Maple Shade Mini U Storage is the best!!!
The manager was so nice and they made my experience an easy and pleasant one. Maple Shade Minu U Storage is the best. The only thing was I thought they were a little more expensive than some of the others. All in all I thought they were great and I'd recommend them!!!!

Great Customer Care and Facilities
Arriving at Mini U I was pleasantly greeted with a friendly staff that quickly took care of my storage needs. The manager helped me to find the unit right for me without pressuring me to get something I did not need. Even after renting the unit the staff quickly helped me with any issues that arose.

Please note that Chuck H. was FANTASTIC!!!! We had a very unusual situation that was super time sensitive and he made everything happen within 30 minutes.
