it is ok, but there are too many ways. I always lost my direction. The elevator has some problem, i suggest you fix it as soon as possible. it is very inconvenient.

Personnel and pricing can’t be beat but the asset needs renovations. Issues with mice and water leaks in units.

Decent location and internal temp. Very friendly and helpful manager!

Pros of this facility: Very friendly and helpful manager (Barbara)! Good price compared to similar units in Boston/Cambridge/Somerville Internal temp on a hot (~84°F) day was comfortable. Decently clean Covered area for parking and unloading Plenty of hand carts Cons: Small area for parking and load in. Corridors and entries for many units are narrow, especially since the occupancy is currently pretty high

Easy to get to/affordable

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my storage experience here. The only thing that I don't love is that I reserved a first floor climate controlled unit, and ended up with a 2nd floor non climate controlled unit that is very far away from the elevator. But it's affordable and has room for everything I need. The location is also really easy to get to. Both big pluses in my book.
