Fast friendly clean

We had a very seamless process to get moved in we ended up having to get a bigger unit because the original one was to small for what we needed and the staff was very accommodating to our needs was able to get in and out in a timely fashion I will be recommending this place to anyone looking for storage

I have been there less than a year and had a rate increase about every 2 months with about 30 days notice and I have to give 30 days notice to leave.

Very clean property

We were currently renting a 4 x 4 climate controlled unit for $35 per month from a different company. We moved so I got a quote from the same company but a different location for a 4 x 10 climate controlled. It was $107 per month. Because I’m starting at a new location and I had to pay the $25 administration fee again. I did one last Price check and found Midgard Self Storage - Lutz. Their prices are unbelievable. I ended up renting from Midgard instead, a 4 x 7 1/2 for only $47/month. I’m so glad I called them. The property is cleaner and nicer.

No Truck

We reserved a uhaul truck, provided payment and spoke 3 times with the manager/owner to ensure a smooth transaction. When we arrived to pick up the uhaul at the agreed upon time… there was no truck, no attendant and no one answered the phone or returned texts.
