Very friendly staff

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience in obtaining a storage unit here. The first gentleman I spoke to to get set up with the right place for the best price was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. The assistant Danielle at the facility lot is super nice, answered all of my questions and helped get me set up in my unit. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone. A Special thanks to Danielle.

Mini storage depot

Was at ft locks they were great but sold out to public storage not do great. When min opened up I went there. Closer to home nicer than public storage better prices

Mini Storage Depot

I left public storage because they said they wouldn't raise the price oafter buying Ft. Locks out. They didn't the first month but the second they did. A few of the storages got broke into, one in daylight. I saw the truck there but I didn't know they broke into it. Si I love Mini Depot. Good price and close to my home now.

New and clean friendly staff

The only negative thing I have to say is that the unit sidewalls do not go completely to the roof. A small person could gain access to your unit from unit on either side of you.

Very Impressed!!!!

Amazing customer service!!! Prices are very reasonable and they have every size unit available. The manager took the time to show me 3 different units to help me decide which one was best for what I needed. 24 hour access and the location are another plus. Would definitely recommend
