Great and convenient location

Chose this facility mainly for its great reviews. Pricing which was the second factor really helped. Once I placed my reservation I received a call verifying my confirmation shortly and was talked to in a non pressured way. Came in the same day and really liked that I wasn’t being upsold, actually I was recommended to possibly go smaller. Paperwork was a breeze and 20 minutes later I was placing the lock on the rented space. Access is great, sadly stairs are a little narrow if you have a 2nd floor unit but if you arrive between 9am-6pm you can use a lift they provide free of charge.

safe and clean

This is a good storage facility. It feels safe and the people working there are really customer friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star for customer service is that they are not always open at a time when I am free to go there. However, they still do have pretty good opening hours. I wish it was priced a little lower, but I am from Europe and maybe the prices in L.A. are just that much higher.

There are aspects of business that are not usually visible to everyday client, and as a property manager of over 30 years, I came to observe, and appreciate the excellent service that the establishment was rendering. My only problem was, and is that I never got my $25 referral fees for the 3 customers that I sent there after I left ... You owe me Marissa ;)

I was impressed. I had a storage unit for over 2 years and the people were always very nice. I only give 3 stars for the pricing since the cost of my unit was hiked dramatically over the period I had it: I mean almost doubled. But I never got broken into and the facility was always immaculate.

Quick and Easy!

I arrived at Van Nuys mini Storage and was kindly greeted by the receptionist. She then proceeded to show me the storage unit to make sure it was up to my standards, and it was. I was then given a detailed description of the paper work. Before I knew it I was unloaded and on my way.

Front gate always open my unit was broken into and things stolen

Not a good experience unit was broken into and TV and computer stolen from my unit on site security or woman who spends the nite was no help and very rude so I took my business elsewhere and I will never use this place again

Cheap and honest

I started renting a unit a couple months ago. Just getting the unit was so much easier than I thought it would be. I walked in to the office and the staff was really nice and easy to talk to. They answered and explained everything thoroughly. If you want something easy and cost a small amount of pocket change you can surely trust this place is where you want to rent.
