Great customer service and clean environment.

Our first day moving in, we didn’t plan our time right so it was already time to close. They were so nice that they gave us 10 more minutes to finish putting things away. The security was great and very helpful. So it was a great experience.

Very professional staff, yet down to earth.

Yvette and Frankie were great. Very professional, knowledgeable about their facility, and yet easily approachable. Courteous and caring about their clients needs. Facility is absolutely spotless and I like the fact that it is all enclosed in the building. Even the drive up units. They even have a security guard on site which shows that they take the security and safety of their clients seriously.

We toured several facilities not just storquest - this location was by far the cleanest and had a variety of inventory at a great price making tge whole process easy. The customer service was so great on the front end that we packed our moving truck before signing any lease.or routing the units. After choosing the right space we got keys and moved right in.

I wish I had never picked this place

The customer service is horrible.. ,the location just opened yet I was given the worst unit on the ,3rd floor in the corner.upon my arrival I was met with The I will be baçk lat Er sign.After waiting 20 min I was finally able to sit down and review contract . I was told there waould be no money up front that was untrue. Then upon my second visit I was lost in the unit for over an hour I tried to use the phones that are connected to the.front office not one intercom Worked upon telling the customer service agent she replied the dong work I have never been treated so poorly in all of my 55 u
