Poor security

Was broken into last year. Insurance I was forced to buy was useless. Employee stated not much they can do!!! Now see on Nextdoor others experienced same and people getting arrested at facility for break-ins again this week. I am being charged a rate nearly double the teaser rate posted

Special shoutout to the nice young lady who assisted me through my move in process at the location I'm currently using, her name is Kimberly, she's very kind, professional, & deserves whatever good type of kudos that her management team can allow.
