Another thing this company offers that many places don't offer is, here you have 24/7 gate access and prices locked in for one year.

Excellent Pricing and Service
We reserved our space for Storage Zone online, which was quick and easy. They sent emails confirming pricing and confirmed move in date requested. When we went to the office to sign the paperwork and see the space, we were met by a delightful young lady named Savannah, who was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Our overall experience from beginning to end was quick easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Savannah called the same day I made a reservation and even though I wasn’t able to answer, she left a friendly message. The next day, I called 15 minutes prior to their closing and Savannah executed contactless registration and payment even though it would be completed after their closing time.

I just rented a unit 2 days ago & the beautiful young lady (I'm terrible with names, sorry) running the front desk & answering their phones(not a robot) was just as sweet as pie! She was Very helpful, answered all of my many questions in a professional yet very personable & friendly manner with a smile on her face and didn't make me feel rushed while touring me around the place. This establishment feels like it's owned & run by a close nit family. That's a good feeling. We need more business like these around ЁЯШК Thanks for the warm welcome!

Exactly what I needed!
Location is very close and 24 hour access is important as it helps to relieve the stress of moving. Why can't other storage locations offer the same?
Price lock in is a top seller along with first month free thru sparefoot reservation. Thomas is excellent with phone and email customer service

Best Storage in Town, by far!
Thomas, the property manager, is an amazing person to deal with especially in the middle of moving. I will be here for a long time. We came here because of his customer service and being straight up and honest. Other storage units dont tell you but their special "$1" move in really comes out to $100 and then they let you know you have to spend another $20 to by their lock. Amazing prices, Awesome Manager, Great storage units!!!

We were pleased with how easy it was to arrange a storage unit that met our needs and quickly move all our stuff in. There is a big elevator which was always available as we carried multiple loads up to the second floor. A dolly was also available for our use.

Staff work with you, classier than other storage places with "deals"
Super friendly staff, I believe his name is Daniel, who was polite and thoughtful in phone and personal interactions, very clear and very professional.
Was the 2nd unit I visited that day and the 3rd I talked to - the others were trying to work "deals" and it was time-consuming and unclear just what I could rent units for. One sent me to a partner that had the available unit and after spending 45 min listening to sales, turns out the unit had a 3 inch lip and there was no way to place a vehicle in it.
Storage Zone was totally different - priced competitively compared to others, super courteous and professional staff (Daniel and anyone else I have dealt with since). The other advantages: 24 hour access, on-site staff 24/7, you know everything up front and no shady "deals" that are hard to decipher. Highly recommend storage zone

Storage Facility is safe, clean and the staff helpful
I am new to storing stuff in self-storage spaces, so I didn't really know what to expect. I found the manager to be very helpful, and, as I only needed a 5x10 storage area, I had questions about upsizing down the road, and found it would be an easy change for me to do. The price per month is good, the area outside is well kept and maintained, and the actual storage space I rented was nice and clean. Before I moved in, the manager sprayed the storage space with insecticide, to ensure no pests would damage my belongings while in storage. All around, I have to say that this is a very good experience for me as a first-time self storing guy.....

Rude Customer service
called the day before to let them know I would be in the next day to rent a unit. when I showed up the next day the office was locked so I pushed the door bell. A voice came over it saying he was off site today come back tomorrow.... why would you have business hours posted on your website if your not going to follow them, and to tell a potential customer sorry I'm not in come back tomorrow. I had taken the day off from work so that wasn't an option. They should have staffed the facility appropriately so they have someone there during business hours. Price isn't everything and you get what you pay for...
