Friendly efficient staff, reasonably priced clean units
Effecient and friendly manager Cindi was attentive and informative. Clean secure units in a well lit yard with camera coverage at a convenient location. And a bonus, free use of truck on my moving day (gas and some mileage charged). Best storage company I have used in 28 years at the beach.

Hands-down the BEST customer service I have received in a long time. We just moved here to South Carolina from out of state... my family of 4 and our 2 dogs are currently spread out among 2 different family members' houses for the next 3 weeks as our new home is finished, and all our stuff is in PODS in storage at their warehouse... I am (understandably) a little stressed out right now LOL One POD is full of items we are not sure we will have room for in the new house... so we wanted a storage unit for those items until we figure it out. I looked online and saw 2 facilities very close together but PRIME had better reviews (and better pricing too) I went there today and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT CINDY. She went above and beyond explaining everything including the extra security precautions, coordinating dates with the POD delivery, and more. I never felt rushed or pressured at ANY point... and she had great patience with my unique questions/requests. Cindy is a GREAT ASSET to the Prime Storage Company for sure... and is the biggest reason I ended up choosing Prime AND getting TWO storage rooms instead of a single... one of which I will probably be keeping long term since it is so reasonable and I feel so comfortable! THANK YOU CINDY. I can't wait to "move in"

Frustration Gone
I was nervous about finding a place to store my motorhome since I'm a newbie. I went to a few different places but once I spoke to Cindy on the phone, I felt comfortable. Her friendliness & knowledge was so helpful. I fell in "love" with the spot she recommended for my 30' RV. Now, all I need to worry about is how to drive it.

quick, easy storage
we stored an RV here while visiting family in the area. Since I live in CA, Cindi made it so simple for us arranging everything via email and even setting us up to arrive when the facility was closed. Very professional!

It appears to be a safe and secure facility which is very important to me.
The facility appears to be safe and secure, the buildings and access areas are all on concrete, however, the outside storage for my rv is on gravel. The lady who served me was very personable and helpful, but could use another person at least part time to help out. Overall, I feel confident that my rv is in a good storage facility.

Great Location, Space and Staff!
Needed a unit short term as I am building my first home. Cindi was SO helpful, honest and kind. She showed me around the facility and got me the best unit for my situation. I appreciate the security (Cop lives on the property), how safe is that, and most of all I appreciate the helpfulness of the employees. Hopefully I won't need to store much after my new house, but if I do... I know where to go!

Best Storage Option In The Area
Large, Safe, Clean, and Friendly. This facility has it all. Cindi the property manager is top notch, quick, friendly, and willing to help you figure out the best storage solution for your needs. The maintenance guy never seems to be without a task he is working on making sure your experience is the best possible. This property is so safe with all of its cameras and gate access. I will be staying here time and time again!

Most accommodating staff
The staff member at the front desk was one of the kindest people I have met in a commercial setting. Very helpful, and even gave me his lock since I didn;t think to get one. Unfortunately, the only key available fell off my key chain while spending the entire night packing my truck trying to make it to storage before my 5 am flight, looked everywhere, and had no choice but to abandon all my belonging to save my 800 flight back to CT. Sorry!
