Fantastic interaction from reservation to payment
The whole experience has been simply fantastic. There were a couple of hitches with no one at fault the team was quickly on it providing world class service with strong communications via email or actually picking up the phone promptly making for a very smooth experience. Standards have been set without a doubt.
The facility is very clean and easy to navigate through. I would highly suggest this for others.

Clean, well-kept facility, and friendly service
Clima-Store met and exceeded my expectations. The pricing was great considering the size of the units and being climate controlled. The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed to talk to them. The facility was always clean, pleasant, well lit, and smelled good. It was easy to get in and out, I had my own personal PIN that I set myself, and there were carts to help with loading/unloading. Overall the best experience I could ask for in a storage facility! 10/10 would recommend.

So Impressed!!!
We can't say enough great things about Climastor in Longmont. I was moving from the East coast with my husband, and they made the process so easy, even from afar! The price points are fantastic, the facilities are spotless, and the facilities' management team went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. This was truly our first stop when we moved out here, and we felt immediately at home. On top of everything, this place is a fortress! Our belongings were always safe. Also, with their location being right off of I-25, they are only a hop, skip and a jump from everywhere! Oh, and don't panic if you have a big truck - there is tons of room to load, unload and navigate in the lot. Five stars won't cut it for this team! Great job, and thank you for keeping our things safe while we were finding our home away from home!

Setting up on the first day.
The owners met me on a Saturday, set up the rental and I had my first load of boxes in the unit in less than 30min!! Super friendly!

Great Place!

Was so hopeful of this place
By "first month free" they mean you have to still pay the first month plus a sneaky deposit (same amount and the second month) and promise to get a second month free but still end up charging you and letting you sort out the inconvenience.
It took a few days for them to reverse the charge and it doesn't account for the inconvenience of not having the money in my account.
We chose this location because it was the closest to Foco that we could get climate controlled even through its 40 min away from home.
The entrance/loading to this place makes it almost impossible with the other businesses around it so I don't recommend it if you have a lot of stuff (I maxed out a 10x10 ad its was so weird with the parking situation)
