I enjoyed my first encounter with this storage facility. Staff are very warm and welcoming, very informative and thorough with documentation which is magnificent. Pricing for the spacing is unmatched thus far.

The best decision of my life
This was my first time in my entire life renting a storage unit. I struggle online looking for the appropriate facility and finally I came across store it-long beach at 2601 e. south street. A dream come true. I am pleased with the facility and more so I am very satisfied with the friendliness, cordial and attentiveness of the staff. Very professional individuals. They allowed me to check the unit for an initial inspection and also offered to show other units if I was not satisfied. But indeed I was satisfy with the first unit I saw. I enjoy the first day and I will continue to enjoy the rest of my stay at this facility. Thank you so much for your help and explanation of the entire facility policy. Customer Satisfying Partnership
The care and managment team at Stor-It Long Beach are beyond extreme when it comes to tenant first. Terri amply answered the barage of questions during my first and subsequent phone inquiries and never lost beat of true customer service. She and John exemplified this trait at time of rental and again on our move in date. Together this facility is truly the outstanding find in the far southbay.

Great place to rent!
