Angel was the initial contact by phone. Very professional, helpful, and friendly. Great representative of Right Space. Lauren finished the procedure on-site. She provided exceptional customer service by extending personal service, explaining procedures in detail, showing different options available, and overall making sure I was completely satisfied. An absolute pleasure to spend time with. Another great representative of Right Space.

Great storage - great service
Great service from Lauren right away! She was helpful and pleasant to do business with. Check in took longer than usual as their printer was down. It was no biggie.
After a long HOT day of pack & walking up and down three flights of stairs multiple times, it was so pleasant walking into the AC facility. We got a first floor unit which was so easy to get to. the halls were clean and our container was spotless as well. There were even carts provided which made the move in go MUCH faster.

Great experience
I did my research before choosing a storage facility in southern New Hampshire and I am glad that I did. Right Space Storage has provided me with exactly what I was in search for. The staff members are friendly and very helpful. The facility offers clean & climate controlled units with convenient hours at competitive prices. There is water available in the office and a bathroom that is accessible to all units. What more could you want?

The cheapest storage place around
They explained everything to me and shied me whee my unit is and how to get to it. Then they shied me how to use everything and what to look for it is not working. They called me and adjudication me snit putting a pad lock on my unit before they closed and had to leave fir the night.

Love the place. Problem with the reservation
I made my reservation. They called to confirm. Called the day of my "scheduled move in" to remind me.. I got there and they over charged me. They are crediting my account. The reservation screwed up in the computer system. Saying I reserved a 10x20 when I had reserved the 5x10. It was a mess. The poor woman worked with me for nearly an hour to get the thing fixed.
