They changed the price on me the last minute

They quoted me one price and then said the unit had been rented out and charge me a higher price for a different unit but the same size

I had a few problems.

I rented a unit size that was never shown to me. I wasn't told that they were closed in the office on Wednesdays. I was there with a uhaul truck full of my furniture, totes and boxes. It was too small so I moved into the only door that was open and fit. Now the price is almost double.
