Couldn’t move in on time

Went in and paid for prorated rent and Oct rent all at once for a 5x5 unit last week and we were suppose to have immediate access. We didn’t think it necessary to have the woman (who also had her child with her-pretty unprofessional) to lock up the office and drag her kid to the unit so we planned to move things in a few days later on Sunday. Sunday rolls around and we load up the car and get the the unit and there’s a lock on it. Very frustrating. No one is there sundays so we were left to just drag all our stuff back home and call today (Monday) I’m suppose to hear back from whoever I talked to within the next 30 mins to see if the lock on it was theirs and it will be removed or if they will have to assign me to a different unit. Overall not a good start. The price is great but I guess you get what you pay for.
