Each unit is Alarmed for Security with Computer Controlled Access, Video Surveillance, & Professional Pest Control. Close to All Retirement Communities (Arlington Ridge, Legacy, Plantations, The Villages Fenney & Southern Oaks, etc.) and easy access to the Florida Turnpike exit. We have many different size units that become available from 5 x 5 to 15 x 25 Climate Controlled.

This facility is very secure and well kept. The ladies in charge are helpful and friendly. It is the most reasonable storage facility in or near Leesburg

Clean and great customer service.

The facility is clean, secure, and the service is wonderful. I arrived just before closing time because of work schedule and receiving inaccurate directions from Google, but he stayed so I could get checked in. He also took care of the customers who came in after me even though it was past closing time. Regular monthly rates seem to be competitive with other storage facilities in our area. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to store extra items.It is very clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff is great and willing to help.
