Misleading pricing
The storage unit was decently clean and customer service was ok. Price was quite misleading because on top of the advertised price promotion, they required insurance be purchased and payed monthly (could go through homeowners but wasnât told Iâd have to until I was right there signing paperwork), suggested to buy their lock, and asked to pay for other extras. Also $25 âadmin feeâ on top of first month rate. And was asked more than once if I was sure the small size Iâd reserved would be enough and if I wanted to upsize.
