I was in a bind and needed to get storage unit. I visited a few places that either lacked customer service, cleanliness or both. They moment I walked into Right Space , they were welcoming and professional. They allowed me to see the unit before deciding and gave me a breakdown of everything to make sure I understood how the entry worked and what I would be paying for my storage. Wrong phone #!!,plus require ins! For junk

This facility charges a little bit lower but then they force you to buy their private insurance for 9 bucks a month. So really is not any cheaper. I refuse to pay insurance literally 4 items may be worth two or three hundred bucks... I simply needed a place to put some luggage and miscellaneous junk tools since I'm traveling back and forth here. Nothing I would ever want to insure... my own Insurance homeowners actually covers me for this but they don't care they want to charge. Denver rental service they use has the wrong telephone number for them. When I told them they have the wrong number they simply said we've tried for a while to change it weirdest excuse.

everything was Ok except for the price- advertised as $20 for a 5X5 but then when I got there the price was $29 including the compulsory insurance. My property is insured under my homeowners policy world wide. A rip off. And there I was at the counter in a rented truck! Not a great experience for th consumer.

Location is super secure and the unit was clean. They park all the moving trucks back by the entrance to the units so it makes the area very congested but in our case it worked out fine. Would be nice if the individual units had their own light.

It's hard to give a review of a place you just started using, but I will try. Jessica in the office was very helpful and kind. The place looks secure. The only downside I saw was this place is shabby and a little bit run down on the inside where some of the units are. The elevator is disgusting. Also, the two carts are not in one location so if you need them you're going to have to go and look for them.

This location is a little bit hard to find, obfuscated by another nearby storage company, but is nice and cozy once tucked into it's spot. The location shows a little bit of age, timed lights over motion sensitive, gates that have instead been locked up instead of an enter and exit gate, and a building that could use a good power wash here and there. But it is everything you need in a storage unit, a cheap place to put your stuff. Courteous staff, well secured and more. It's the perfect price, has some decent deals, and I do not have any concerns leaving my stuff there. I'm genuinely happy with it. It does exactly what a storage place is supposed to do, no more and no less. I'm not visiting the location every week, but just need to store some stuff there for 6 months and not worry while I drop off a box or two here and there as we start looking for apartments. My only complaints is that it's not 24/7 access, and that there's only one gate to get both in and out, but those are mere nitpicks, but something I can overlook for the price, and something that only becomes an issue once or twice my entire stay there.

Low on Cash due to Hiding from abusive spoouse

I have been in hiding for over a year. Have lived in 10 different places. Live with fear in the pit of my stomach. I was finally able to retrieve some personal items but had nowhere to store them. Couldn't afford the regular cost of storage fees it was a matter of eating or storage. I was very distraught thinking that I was going to have to sell everything or just give it away. Then I came upon Sparefoot and the reduced prices. Now I have my items in storage. Still have to sell some of it, but not all of it. Thank you Sparefoot, You have made it so I will be able to keep most of my items with the low prices.

Everything I was told during my reservation was a lie. I was told my half month would be prorated, it wasn't. I was told I had to buy their lock, I didn't. I was told the unit was climate controlled, it wasn't. Unit had been down for awhile, and would continue while they get repair estimates. May be down another month or two. I was stuck since I was going out of town and had to take the unit. Everything I was told was innacurate, a lie. Now that i have returned, I Will avoid your service and find a place that doesn't lie and actually has climate controlled storage. Total bait and switch. You guys are crooks. Very unhappy.

This place false advertises. They say that its climate controlled, but it really isn't. The air has not worked in over 3 years. Another tenet told me this, because when I moved in...it was extremely hot in the building. When I asked about it, management told me its because the doors are left open by tenets. HA,Ha Really? Cause when her and I walked it, all the doors were shut. Nice try. Once my time is up, Im out of this pig sty.

Lots of fees, so that low price isn't really that low. Mandatory insurance, deposits, rates are only good for a limited time, extra fees for being behind gates after hours.... insulation hanging through ceiling inside unit. Will not use this service.

I arrived just as the staff was about to take lunch break, but they stayed until all paperwork was completed and escorted me to the unit I had just rented. There was a problem with the latch on the unit, and within 10 minutes the maintenance guy was there and the problem resolved.
