Good promotin pricing, security appears good.
Took advantage of promotion pricing and got a larger unit than I could have gotten from competitors. Not as convenient to my place as some, but not too bad. decent unit, but door does not seal out wind and therefore not dust either. Have to sweep out on each visit,

Very honest and friendly service at Freedom Storage
The customer service at Freedom Storage is honest and friendly. My only issue was the pricing. Sparefoot.com offered 30/month for the unit I purchased; however, Freedom Storage told me that this was a limited offer, and that 30/month was a 50% off deal that ends after 6 months (which I was not informed of through Sparefoot.com.

Needed a place to park my newly purchased RV quickly as HOA only allows 24 hr RV load/unload parking. The internet price was quite reasonable so I made an online reservation after close of business and planned to confirm in person after an early morning Dr appt. While I was sitting in the Dr.'s waiting room, Mary called to confirm my reservation with me! Once I arrived, I was quite pleased with the ease of navigating my RV in and out of that location as well as the locked gate and 24 hr surveillance.

Hope service gets better...Quoted one price then charged another...In facility for over an hour attempting to stabalize a unit and was the only customer Bring your own calculator to be accurate upfront so you won't have any misunderstandings. The gentleman showing the unit was very upfront and exact. Looking forward to a ending with a great storage experience.
