I absolutely love Cubesmart in Lanham. Deanna Reddick was soooooo wonderful. Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable. My kids tagged along and even they said she was great. She made my move into cubesmart so smooth.

Nice, clean facility and it's climate controlled
A very nice facility and the unit I rented is climate controlled (feels good on a hot day). The front desk person (a lady whose name I forget) was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I would certainly use this facility again!

Cubesmart storage (Lanham, MD) is greatttt!!!!!
I booked my storage online and called the storage to confirm. I told them I was on my way to see the storage and sign my lease. When I got there the staff were very friendly and already had my paper work ready. We immediately went up stairs to view my storage Bin within 1 minute of me walking in. Afterwards I was taken back to the front desk to sign my lease and pay my first month fees. I was done with the whole process within 10 mins. Not only was the staff fast, but professional and friendly. I definitely recommend cubesmart!!!! The storage facility is spotless and the staff are superb!!!! A+++++++++++ rating

Started off badly, but manager fixed the issue
Get one before their prices go up. Very clean, new facility, great manager, with at least one staff member that doesn't give a da*n about customer service or what a customer needs, but only about her own personal life. So, I wouldn't advise coming here on a Sunday 30 min before they close cause some staff think that they close 30 min sooner than they do and will lock the door early cause they don't want to serve you, even though they are still open
