The place is relatively clean, employees are friendly. Would love for it to be 24 hour access or at least be able to leave after the 10pm closing if I am already in the facility. Was told the exit gate locks right at 10pm.

Professional, Polite, Patient
Due to an emergent situation, I needed same-day service, over the phone. "Jasmine" was very professional, explaining both their services and products, as well as their procedures and protective protocols. She reguaged my estimation of space and presented options for move-in needs. Jasmine took my application over the phone, and in less than ten minutes I was able to destress, knowing everything was done and in order, and Jasmine was very patient every time I'd ask her to "repeat that, please?" -- my frame of mind was a bit stressy, and she would just patiently repeat and reiterate what she had just said, God bless her! The move-in couldn't have been more easy -- maps, contracts, facility rules and expectations were emailed to me, and my family was able to carry forward in a quick manner with full confidence our items would be secure. A very positive experience with CubeStorage on Division St. in Lancaster!

Very affordable, the staff was very helpful.
I reserved our storage at the very last second. When my family and i arrived and realized i got the wrong size. The staff made sure that my family and i got the correct size. As i signed the papers, paid at the office my family was able to start filling our storage. The prices and location of the storage unit is perfect. Thanks you so very much

Carlos was great
Found a place online somebody called me back immediately with a reservation that went very smooth. I went in the next day met when an employee from a different store he was very professional helped us outta a lot. met Carlos on the 12th reserve the truck pay for the storage I had a lot of time to use the truck it was very helpful everything went smooth paid for locks there everything was provided that we needed good price good person thank you

THE Best
I needed storage and I needed it now. I only compared 3 - 4 facilities and kept returning to the CubeSmart page. After driving by, on my way to load the U-Haul, I knew this was the place. I reserved online & on-the-run. When I arrived, Joe was very helpful, quick and efficient. Paperwork time was minimal and I was unloading the truck within 15 minutes. The facility is centrally located and in a professional business park. It is very clean and secure. The cherry on top was getting the first month free, a pleasant surprise in the midst of moving chaos.

Great prices and Excellent customer service
I comparison shopped about 10-15 different self storage companies. CubeSmart had the BEST price and they even went lower with the price just to give me GREAT customer service. The location (on Division St.) is a GREAT location; easy to get to off of the freeway and very close to a U-Haul dealership if you need it. Very clean, secure premises and the employees (Carlos & Joe) were VERY helpful with EVERYTHING. They even gave me tips on how to organize and stack my items to best utilize space. I highly recommend CubeSmart.
