(Adair) is the super star for the public storage!! that is the type of Representative all property management need ... she with a great friendly professional manor help me find the correct property on line called so I did not walk in cold ... she new the importance of time ""
to help ..unfortunately the property she called when I showed up to review
did not work for many defect's, so I call the original location back she new my time crunch.. she went out of her way to find the space and have every thing in order to accommodate my need . with a smile ''' fantastic work ethic.... very clean and safe environment .

Odor problem
Staff friendly and helpful. It was an inside unit, and the odor was pretty awful. Not sure how it can be remedied, but hopefully someone will made an effort.

It's Ok. Ample service at a decent price. Actually a 3 star instead of 4.
I like moving in at the $1 free month, that way I can get situated and have enough time to figure what I am going to do with my stuff. I was going to put 4 stars, but I put 3 instead because the lady at one of the shops told the guy to "have fun with him" when she was talking about me because I had been upset about not being able to find the place.
