Clean and easy to access

This was the cleanest storage place I have ever seen. They have awesome security services, such as cameras, door codes, and bright lighting. They even have restrooms, which I didn’t expect. There are carts to use to help ease the loads also. We had a 26 foot uhaul and were able to fit almost everything into our 10x20 storage unit that is also climate controlled. Very nice facilities.

Super accommodating

I failed at realizing this was all indoor units and so I had my puppy with me and it was a very warm day and I kindly asked the two at the counter if I could bring him in since he’s hairless and well behaved or I will need to come back. They saved me the inconvenience of my poor research and not only allowed my dog to come in with me, they entertained him while I finished paperwork. I am so happy to have found this place!

My move into the storage space was easy and stress free. The until is on the second level but the elevator was big enough to hold a pallet and flat cart. This cut down on trips up and down. I forgot my code and the 2 girls in the office were very helpful with getting this info to me again

Best indoor storage in twin cities

Simply self storage is the cheapest climate controlled storage unit that I found in the southern part of the twin cities. The staff was helpful and informative. The unit was clean and easy to access. Carts were available to help move my belongings. Overall a great experience with simply self storage.

If you be nice they'll even hold your mail & stick it in your unit...though I have to see how well things go to the end.But so far couldn't have had it better. Place is 20 miles off MSP ..not that bad proximity.

They were super helpful and patient. I just graduated college and am between apartments so I needed to store almost an entire apartment's worth of stuff. I've never used a storage unit and they were very nice and answered all of my questions. They didn't mind repeating instructions for me with more details when I was unsure. The place is very clean and very easy to do what you gotta do.

We have rented a 5x5 unit for extra storage. I submitted a request late one night and had a phone call the next morning inviting me to set up a time to see the unit. I was able to sign up that day. We are not sure if this will be temporary or for longer term, but the month to month lease makes this very nice! Great customer service and very clean, safe facility. Thank you!

Check-in was quick and easy. They do sneak in an extra monthly $10 charge for some kind of insurance and it was $15 for a lock because you must buy a new one for your unit.

I called on a Friday afternoon to get information on the facility. The person I spoke with explained the whole process with great detail and made recommendations for the amount of space that I would need. I set up an time the next morning to rent the space and the person I dealt with was very friendly (like the first one on the phone) and very helpful. Walked through all the paperwork (less than 10 minutes), the facility, and how to access the storage unit. Facility is well lit and very clean. I've used 4 or 5 other storage facilities in the past and this one is by far the best.

Really good facility. Worth the price and it's less than some branded dumps. Squeaky clean and climate controlled. Secured with 2 level code authentication. Moving dollies for our ease. Jordan is the best. She was really helpful showing around the facility and explaining do's and don't's. I forgot to get the lock and she was very nice and left it ready inside my unit. Overall I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is searching for a good storage.

Everything went smoothly and it was easy to accommodate so switching the day that I wanted to move in. It was reasonably priced and had a lot of great amenities. The only downside was having to pay for a lock, seems that the lock should come with the unit.
