Needed to move from another storage facility

Needed to move from another due to it no longer fitting the budget. Midguard fit the bill! Very easy move in. Quoted a reasonable rate! Personnel in the office was friendly and helpful. Offered very useful tips. Even if thr monthly rate goes up, as the reviews say, itll be lower than the previous place long enough for me to get my life together. There are simply no free lunches in life.

Bad unit conditions & Manager Marketing.Nightmare

To expensive go poor and bad condition storege inside. Ceiling broken and the only choice can give you it's you pay again to move your stuff 24 to 48 hours. All my stuff it's covered on pollen from the ruff and you have to pay again for moving your stuff again because them even you pay $100 monthly. The Manager Marketing not have any empathy at all with the customers. Not recommended

Convenient and affordable

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the facility is clean and conveniently located and the price is considerably lower then anyplace else I looked into. They do charge an extra fee for 24hr access but its not much and I'm glad there is that option. I have a climate controlled unit so I cant pull straight up to my unit but carts are available, unfortunately they are not really conveniently located. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

Horrible move in experience. failed to provide inside door code. delayed me by 2 hours. then needed more information even though this was supposed to be contactless. also didn't remove or provide lock code.

Price Increases

Do yourself a favor and do not use Midgard Storage unless you like rate increases every couple of months. No explanation for the increase and it really puts you between a rock and a hard place to get your stuff out quicker than expected. Try Anchor Storage in Lake Wylie - 5 stars there!

Friendly, CLEAN, & accommodating

I’ve rented many types of storage units in various areas. Midgard has always been my best experience, by far, over the years. The friendly staff works with you and your needs. They have safe, well kept, clean facilities and grounds. I’ve also had great service with their truck & trailer rentals. They do require a 30 day written notice ahead of time, which is clearly stated and posted throughout the property.

Laura is a wonderful manager and is always a pleasure to work with!

I personally believe that the pricing is a little high, considering the other storage places around Lake Wylie. However, it is Laura and her wonderful personality that keeps my business there. I am also a little disappointed that there is not any military discounts or incentives offered. Especially disabled veterans. Other than changing those two things, I would say that it's a good place to rent from.
