Excellent customer service and the price point is very competitive. Accessibility is more than acceptable. Small issue however, I was unable to occupy the first unit we looked at due to leak. I was shown a second unit which I took because of the lack of available units but the ceiling is ripped and fiberglass keeps falling on my belongings.

I needed a place to store my RV for a short time, and when I went on line Public Storage had very good reviews. When I got to the office to finalize the rental the manager was great, walked us out to our spot to make sure we were satisfied, and then explained / completed all of the paper work very quickly

Awesome Personnel...Friendly, Informative and Honest...Only issue was the Lock Sale...I was given the Locks to Lock Unit, and then was told the Locks were $20.00 a Piece, when those Locks at the Hoem Depot or Lowe's are $7.00 to $10.00 a Piece...I was a Little taken Back at that...Was a Tad bit Dissatisfied at the Up sale, when I could have supplied my Own Locks on my Unit as Others in my Storage Facility...

We have reserved a space for our 5th wheel trailer at this location since 2012 with the local Manager, Jonathan. He and his staff have always been helpful, efficient and friendly. The office is clean and well-stocked. The property is always maintained well and, if I find it necessary to call and leave a message, Jonathan always returns my calls. He is a professional and a reliable contact. I would highly recommend this location for outdoor storage (I have no experience with indoor facilities).

10/10. The staff was very friendly and helpful after a night of no sleep and aching joints. Definitely made my day a little better with such fast and efficient service when I needed storage for my things last minute. Another Great Experience

I was a resident manager with Public Storage in the early years of the '90s, when I resided in Whittier, CA. I moved back to Florida and work a full time position at a Public Storage in Jacksonville, FL. I have rented a unit four different times since 1994. I am now transferring from a Public Storage in West Palm,FL to a larger unit in Tampa, FL. I continue with Public Storage because I trust that me and my belongings are going to be taken care of.

The onsite manager has been very helpful and has a great personality. The storage is expensive. One thing that should be addressed is the device that we enter the code in on the entrance gate is not very organized it meaning we have to get out of the vehicle to punch the code in. The storage is expensive. You cannot pull up close enough to it because of the curb. The exit keypad causes of death have to do all kind of maneuvering to get to it but at least we can punch it in from the car.

It was raining the day i went to rent a unit....The employee Jonathan went above and beyond with service...he offered an umbrella while he walked in the rain to show me the unit...not once but three he walked in the rain...This guy is excellent and i will return here and refer friends and family there.. The other associate wasnt to friendly never spoke a word...not even a hello his name was Norbert...other than that my exp was awesome thanks to Jonathan

AWESOME SO FAR

I have had a wonderful experience so far. Absolutely no issues especially when I first came in...actually when I called before I even came in. I had called a few different places and some may have been the same company but this one was hands down the nicest to me. I feel safe having my stuff stored there and Jonathan the manager is awesome. Your company should feel very grateful to have such a nice and dedicated employee working for them. These days its very hard to find good hard working younger people, Not that I am that old (I am 33) but work ethic is allot different these days compared to when I was younger, I am glad I chose your storage facility and I will always use you in the future. Thank you again for all you do.
