Reserved my storage online in the day that I was supposed to go in did paperwork and less than 10 minutes and the lady was very helpful her name was Jessica and very nice lady and deed and showed us everything the storage place is absolutely wonderful and very very clean

Excellent service from booking to move in!
This is an excellent storage facility with great customer service, easy to understand terms, and overall great accessibility. Using it to store items between moves as a Purdue student and its been perfect so far. A bit expensive but no hidden fees, very helpful staff, and air conditioned so I trust to store some electronics.

Nice unit for the price
I found the unit to be clean and ready for use. There did seem to be water marks on the floor but they do suggest pallets which I did under carboard boxes.

Affordable Family Storage is an awesome facility! The building and units were really clean and well maintained. Jessika made everything super easy, which I so appreciate because it was my first time renting a storage unit. She showed me a unit to make sure I was choosing the right one, and the paperwork was easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend!!

Excellent Value and Climate Controlled
We rented a 5x10 and could not be happier. Very good price per month, super clean, climate controlled, and great service.
The process was very efficient. Reserved online and showed to go through a 15 minute process. The lady who processed everything was very friendly and helpful. She escorted us to the unit to ensure that everything met our expectations.
