Central locale but be prepared to wait
I booked a storage unit online and was anticipating the free truck usage however it was booked for the next several days, no problem. I sought other arrangements and was able to confirm my storage unit with the associate. It was pretty busy in the morning so I made plans to come back later in the day. For a fully run and busy property itâs a shame they only have 2 moving flat carts. As much rent is being made and as heavily trafficked it is there should be way more, at least 4 per floor and there should be designated spots where they are kept. I also think since the property is accessible after manned hours that the storage truck should be housed elsewhere, it blocks the pull up bay for other cars to unload and load as early as 3:30 since they location closes at 4. This doesnât bode well for clients. Moving is already a task and having to wait for dollies and competing for space is a bit much and a reason why people could take their business elsewhere. But otherwise location is the perk.

the manager, Tyler, was very helpful and friendly.
We were previously at a different facility w. Public Storage and had a terrible experience with them. We transferred all of our things to Spacebox and are much happier! The facility is super clean and cool (climate controlled) and we appreciate the amenities provided (furniture dollies, a/c lobby area, coffee etc).

Great clean safe space!

Easy process and no hidden fees
I booked my storage unit online and was pleasantly surprised when I checked in at how easy the registration process was. I completed a few forms, and within minutes was walked up to my brand new, clean storage unit. Thanks to the awesome office staff for helping me out when she was all by herself for the morning! Also, there is access to a FREE moving truck when moving in to the storage unit.

Nice new facility and great people!
Very nice, clean, brand new facility. Covered, secure loading area to protect movers from the elements. The customer service reps Iman and Tyler checked me in efficiently. Iman gave me a tour of the facility and showed me to my unit. Very positive experience overall.

Great customer service!
This is by far the easiest move-in to a storage facility Iâve ever had. The facility is incredibly clean, easy to get to and no other place like it has its own moving truck that you can reserve for free! Incredibly impressed with the customer service I received. The young lady was very professional and I was in and walking to my unit in minutes⦠not to mention, she walked me to the unit and answered any questions along the way. Well recommended!
